Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class

Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) Training
September 16 & 17
8:30 am – 4:30 pm Central

The two-day CBIS training will be held virtually via Zoom. The examination will be set up on a case-by-case basis, typically two weeks following training.

Training registration and exam applications are due September 5 @ 4:00 pm Central.

The North Dakota Brain Injury Network will be covering the states required training for Direct Service Providers – Introduction to Brain Injury and Cognitive and Behavioral Consequences of Brain Injury. Training will include breaks. You will get a certificate of completion after submitting your final test. Use a device that will allow you to complete pre and posttests. Brain Injury Peer Support Training

This FREE, three-hour course for peer support specialists will cover strategies for working with survivors of brain injury. Upon completion of this in-person training, peer supports will receive their brain injury endorsement. Register by September 15 at noon.
