Home and Community Based Services

A newly available service in North Dakota designed with individuals with brain injury in mind is residential habilitation.Residential Habilitation:
- Formalized training and up to 24-hour support to individuals who require ongoing daily support and could benefit from skills training, restoration, or maintenance.
- Help developing independence, socialization and adaptive skills that improve the ability to live independently and participate in community living
- Can be provided in an individual's home or in an agency foster home for adults
- Can be combined with other approved services
