The Lotus Center Inc. provides aid to members of our community facing the struggles found with substance use disorders. We provide a continuum of services driven by human empathy and empowerment in dedication to quality treatment of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. In striving to meet clients where they are at and work with them to set goals for the treatment; we neither support nor condemn the substance use, but instead encourage them to explore the option of rebirth. We offer outpatient treatment groups, chemical use assessments, housing support services, and are a Naloxone access point through the Steve Rummler HOPE Network. The Lotus Center, Inc. takes a harm reduction approach to working with our clients. While abstinence remains the ultimate goal for most clients, we understand it may not be achievable, nor desirable, for everyone. Any positive change is met with encouragement and seen as a step in the right direction. The program does not depend solely on traditional 12-Step models, but it does support those who find this approach beneficial. Our hope is that even for those who may not find continuous abstinence; if offered support, they can find some freedom from substances, regain a sense of purpose and find new direction within their community.
