This seven-session course provides survivors with tools and techniques to help them understand, cope with, and proactively manage life after brain injury. There is no cost to attend.

  • Brain Injury and Anger: Identification, Options, and Understanding, January 30
  • Why is Stopping and Thinking Important?, February 6
  • Grieving and Brain Injury, February 13

Participants will learn something new each session, and you will get the most out of it by attending all the sessions. If four or more sessions are attended, you will be awarded a certificate of completion and given store credit at the Downtown Engagement Center.

Each participant will need to complete a brain injury symptom inventory with Carly prior to the start of class. Carly will set this up with you after you complete your registration.

This three-class series titled, Supporting Survivors of Brain Injury with Living Life Fully, is designed to show professionals and caregivers what is covered in the Living Life Fully training. This series is taught by a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist with lived experience in brain injury. There is no cost to attend.

This course will be held virtually via Zoom. Prepare to keep your camera on during the training sessions. It is highly recommended you attend every session. Your login information will be sent to you after you register.
